    • GRAB GAGE does not offer direct refunds to original payment methods for returned items.

    • If your return is approved, the money will be credited to your GRAB GAGE Wallet, allowing you to use the store wallet system to make future purchases.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personalized products) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or store credit upon verification.
